Advanced Excel, General Ledger/Month-end Close, Bilingual (Korean/English) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our finance team. Acting as a critical bridge between standard accounting operations and financial analysis, the ideal candidate will leverage their strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles to own month-end reporting, perform variance analysis, and support the external audit process, while actively assisting with budgeting and operational forecasting.

Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Close:

Assist with the month-end closing process, focusing on accruals, inventory adjustments, and expense reconciliations to ensure strict GAAP compliance.

Asset Accounting & System Management:

Manage the full lifecycle of corporate assets within the ERP system (master data, budgeting, project tracking). Ensure accurate capitalization and depreciation processes to maintain flawless financial records. IT & Overhead (OH)

Cost Management:

Track and analyze IT-related expenses (TMS/WMS software licensing, hardware, maintenance) by performing monthly accruals. Monitor corporate overheads, performing detailed actual vs. budget variance analysis.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts for operational expenses.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Preferred) or Finance.

Experience:

2 to 4 years of proven experience in Accounting, Cost Accounting, or Operational Finance.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Basic Macros) are essential. Exposure to ERP systems or Logistics software (TMS/WMS) is required. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.

Language:

Professional fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal) is required.

Strong analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently to meet tight financial reporting deadlines and effectively manage cross-functional collaboration.
