We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for creating actionable analysis for improving the Company's financial performance across all business functions by defining problems, collecting and analyzing data, evaluating processes and procedures and making recommendations to the organization. Job Summary:
Responsible for creating actionable analysis for improving the Company's financial performance across all business functions by defining problems, collecting and analyzing data, evaluating processes and procedures and making recommendations to the organization.
Essential Duties:
In charge of complex financial and operational reporting and analysis Develop and implement programs to drive profitability and operational improvements in areas such as labor management, margin and promotions optimization, and cost reductions. Develop corporate budgets and forecasts collaborating with the department management and other business leaders. Collect data and review and analyze information; recommend solutions to increase accuracy, efficiency, and productivity. Manage all capital reporting and planning and preparation of various ROI analyses. Assess proposed projects and ensure that all needs are met within the project scope. Other related duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management or related field. MBA strongly preferred. Two (2) years of corporate financial experience. Experience in the retail and/or supermarket field preferred. Highly proficient computer skills, most critical being MS Excel and Business Intelligence tools. Knowledgeable in the use of quantitative techniques to analyze financial and operational data. Highly effective organizational and time management skills.
