This position sits at the intersection of finance and product strategy, working closely with Product Management leadership to help drive profitable growth across the business. The right candidate will be equally comfortable diving into the numbers and building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Day to day, you'll dig into product line performance alongside Operations Finance, Engineering, and Product Management, spotting opportunities to run leaner and translating shifting market conditions into actionable insight. You'll act as the go-to financial partner for Product Management leadership, offering guidance that keeps profitability targets on track. Beyond that, expect to: Help build and roll out shared analytical tools and reporting standards that give business partners the visibility they need to manage effectively Team up with the Life Cycle Innovation and New Product Innovation groups, building the financial case behind new investments and strategic initiatives Support the annual pricing cycle and related analytics for Product Management Pitch in on forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close as the cycle demands Take ownership of special projects when they arise Work with Finance peers across the organization to modernize and simplify reporting workflows
WHAT YOU BRING
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field, plus three-plus years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting. You should be comfortable working within ERP systems (JD Edwards experience is a nice-to-have) and have strong Excel and SAP Web Intelligence chops. Familiarity with OneStream is expected, and Power BI know-how will set you apart. On the soft-skills side, this role calls for someone detail-oriented and analytically sharp, a natural communicator who thrives in a virtual/hybrid team setting, and self-sufficient enough to identify problems and drive them to resolution without much hand-holding. A solid foundation in core financial principles rounds out the profile.
COMPENSATION
This role has an anticipated starting range of $95,000 to $110,000, with the broader pay band extending beyond that figure depending on the market. Where an individual offer lands within that range comes down to experience and qualifications, so treat this as a guide rather than a guarantee. A performance-based bonus may also be part of the package.
