$120k-$130k About the Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Boulder, Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to play a key role in supporting month-end and quarter-end close, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational finance activities. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and self-sufficient professional who is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment and can take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision. This role will work closely with finance and operational stakeholders and will have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact during an important period of growth and transformation for the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and support month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and financial integrity. Prepare and analyze monthly forecasts, budgets, and financial results. Perform detailed variance analysis and identify key business drivers, trends, and areas of opportunity. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and leadership decision-making. Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports and analysis. Support ad hoc reporting, financial analysis, and special projects as needed. Provide analytical and operational finance support to the manufacturing organization. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand financial performance and business trends. Ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and delivered within established deadlines. Take ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities while working with limited supervision. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar finance role, with strong preference for candidates operating at a senior, hands-on level. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated experience with month-end and quarter-end close, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and operate effectively in a changing environment. Manufacturing or operational finance experience is highly preferred. Experience working with European-based leadership or international stakeholders is a plus. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required for regulatory compliance.
