Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and help drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders and provides critical financial insights that support business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term planning. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a proactive, collaborative approach. They will work closely with leaders and other key functions to translate business objectives into actionable financial strategies. Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for assigned business areas. Develop and maintain financial models that support investment decisions, resource allocation, and business performance evaluation. Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level insights. Partner with functional leadership teams to understand business drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations that improve financial outcomes. Analyze revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and other key performance indicators to support strategic initiatives. Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management. Support business case development for new products, programs, capital investments, and growth initiatives. Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and data integrity to enhance decision-making capabilities. Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Commercial, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and business execution. Contribute to the development of scalable reporting frameworks and performance metrics that enable operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus. 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related disciplines. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate meaningful insights. Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems, including SAP; familiarity with
SAP S/4HANA
is preferred. Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
