Job Description
Financial Analyst Loveland, CO | Hybrid (3 Days/Week Onsite Preferred) Contract through 12/31/2027 | Potential for Extension $50-60/hour A growing finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst to support margin analysis, financial reporting, forecasting, and month-end close activities. This is a highly collaborative role supporting teams across the U.S. and Canada. Responsibilities Perform margin analysis and identify profitability trends Support P&L analysis and financial reporting Research invoices and resolve discrepancies Pull and analyze data from multiple systems Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/quarter-end close Respond to financial questions from field and branch teams Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance Support ad hoc reporting and financial projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 3+ years of Financial Analyst experience Strong margin analysis experience Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and P&L reporting Strong Excel and analytical skills Ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Experience SAP experience Experience supporting large, complex organizations Experience working across multiple business units or locations What They're Looking For Positive attitude and team-first mindset Willingness to learn and take direction Comfortable asking questions and collaborating with others Strong attention to detail Ability to stay engaged in data-heavy and sometimes repetitive work Someone who works well with different personalities and stakeholders Why Consider This Opportunity?
