Financial Coordinator/Office Manager - Part-Time Thomas Colville Fine Art Guilford, CT Job Details Part-time From $35 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Accounting systems Spreadsheets Filing Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree QuickBooks Office management Property management Full Job Description Job Overview A boutique art dealer seeks a Part-Time Financial Coordinator/Office Manager on-site in the Guilford, CT office for a position (long term preferred) requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week. Responsibilities Generate and maintain financial records for paintings including monitoring purchases, costs, and sales Organize and manage digital and physical filing of inventory and a detailed inventory database Prepare "Information Sheets" to convey details such as technical, visual, and historic data about a given work Maintain client database Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards Manage insurance, subscriptions, memberships, art fair applications, and correspondence Coordinate facility and property management with appropriate service vendors Provide financial reporting to owner and CPA Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling various duties Requirements Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop Proficient in Microsoft Programs especially Excel Strong knowledge of accounting Interest in Fine Art (Helpful but not required) High sense of priorities, meticulous attention to detail, and degree of accuracy Extremely strong written, interpersonal and analytic skills Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities independently Ability to multi-task Experience and absolute discretion working in a private business
