Job Summary This is a backfill role for a 6-month contract initially with possible extension. This will be an onsite role at the Orange, CT office initially; however, if the manager gains confidence in the worker, a hybrid or remote option may be considered. The client is looking for someone who can start the project immediately, has customer support experience, experience managing supplier invoices, and can assist suppliers in logging into the SAP network. Effective email handling skills are essential, as email will be the main mode of communication with suppliers. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level support to suppliers (invoices, payments, queries) Handle basic issue resolution (level 1 2) in SAP Business Network and invoicing Support MDG activities (vendor data creation/updates) Assist internal teams and suppliers during training sessions Track, document, and follow up on requests and issues Escalate complex cases to relevant teams Ensure timely responses and maintain service levels Required Skills Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems Strong communication skills (with suppliers and internal teams) Ability to manage multiple requests and work effectively Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Customer support experience Experience managing supplier invoices and assisting suppliers to log into SAP network Effective email handling skills (primary mode of communication with suppliers) Preferred Skills Knowledge or experience of ARIBA would be a plus Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Benefits Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans 401k Retirement Fund Important Notes In-person interviews are preferred; the manager has 2 team members at the Orange, CT office who would join the interview from the office while the manager will be on video conference.
