Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will support PMG by developing and validating systems that drive firm-wide trade order generation. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate portfolio implementation and minimize risk, using quantitative and qualitative methods. You'll help scale optimization analytics, build training and infrastructure, and translate client needs into innovative tech solutions. This position offers meaningful impact on investment outcomes and collaboration across IT, PMG, IPC, and client services.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Support decision-making through rigorous testing and quantitative analysis of trade order generation data
  • Collaborate with IT, Portfolio Implementation leadership and IPC to ensure technology solutions meet trade order generation quality
  • Assist in development and testing of new portfolio management technologies
  • Partner with PMG Strategic Initiatives and other internal groups to scale optimization analysis and deploy infrastructure
  • Coordinate with client services to address complex client scenarios via education and custom optimization solutions
  • Guide and motivate team members to foster accountability and collaboration
  • Analyze optimization data to identify root causes and support new optimization technologies
  • Develop scalable infrastructure from design through testing and implementation
  • Support High AUM initiatives and internal training programs
  • Work within CRD/TPS and Axioma Direct Tasks
  • 3+ years of experience in a field related to optimization solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management, internal clients, and other departments
  • Master's Degree in Financial Engineering or similar field required Key requirements
