full-time Senior Financial Analyst / Asset Manager Boca Raton Area, FL (Fully Onsite)
Compensation:
Up to $160,000 base, no bonus A growing commercial real estate investment and development firm is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Asset Manager to support portfolio performance, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making across a diverse real estate portfolio. This is a highly visible role that combines asset management, financial analysis, portfolio oversight, and investment strategy. The ideal candidate will have commercial real estate experience and enjoy partnering directly with leadership on acquisitions, valuations, forecasting, and asset performance initiatives. What You'll Do
- Analyze portfolio and asset-level performance across commercial real estate investments
- Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and investment analyses
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and capital planning initiatives
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Monitor asset performance and identify opportunities to improve returns
- Conduct market research and support strategic decision-making
- Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for leadership
- Work closely with ownership and senior management on portfolio strategy What We're Looking For
- Commercial real estate experience required
- Asset management, acquisitions, investments, portfolio management, or real estate finance experience preferred
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience
- ARGUS experience
- DCF valuations and acquisition analysis
