Job Title:
Financial Analyst Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support business decision-making through financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will help identify trends, improve financial performance, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial data and prepare reports on company performance, profitability, and operational trends Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives Monitor KPIs and provide insights to leadership on revenue, expenses, and financial risks Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecasts/budgets Support leadership with ad hoc reporting and special projects Collaborate with accounting, operations, and management teams to improve financial processes Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements when needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, banking, or related field preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, or financial software is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred Understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Career growth and professional development opportunities Work Environment Full-time position Hybrid in-office 3 days per week Collaborative and growth-focused team culture
Pay:
$72,500.00 - $88,000.00 per year
