This role involves overseeing property operations, optimizing asset performance, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and fostering excellent relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to property management, leveraging advanced tools and software to maximize efficiency and value. Join us to play a pivotal role in shaping vibrant, sustainable communities through innovative real estate development initiatives. Duties Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Utilize property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, and CMMS to track financials, occupancy rates, maintenance requests, and compliance documentation. Oversee lease or rental agreement management, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to Fair Housing regulations. Coordinate property maintenance activities with vendors and facilities management teams to ensure optimal property conditions. Conduct regular inspections to monitor property conditions, enforce lease agreements, and address tenant concerns promptly. Develop budgets for property operations, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining high service standards. Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers while managing conflict resolution effectively to sustain positive relationships. Ensure compliance with legal requirements such as Landlord-Tenant Law, Section 8 housing regulations (including LIHTC), Fair Housing laws, and local building codes. Maintain meticulous records through data entry, filing systems, and client communication logs for audit readiness. Lead team management efforts by supervising administrative staff and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles within property management companies or similar environments. Strong proficiency in property management tools such as Yardi, OneSite, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and CMMS systems. Knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law, Section 8 housing programs including LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Fair Housing regulations, and related legal frameworks. Demonstrated ability in lease or rental agreement management, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution strategies. Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette mindset for client communication. Experience in budgeting, facilities management, property maintenance coordination, and upselling amenities or services. Administrative experience including data entry, filing systems, contract administration, and office procedures. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff while ensuring high standards of property care and client satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
