Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for leading analytics and financial reporting initiatives that support executive and C-suite decision-making. The Financial Analyst will develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards focused on provider productivity, revenue performance, visit trends, and margin analysis. Key responsibilities include conducting acquisition analyses such as financial consolidations, productivity evaluations, CPT code analysis, and valuation support. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with revenue cycle, HR, and clinical leadership teams to create standardized reporting across more than 20 locations. Additionally, this role will drive process improvements by automating reporting workflows using Power Query and advanced Excel modeling to enhance accuracy and reduce manual effort across departments.
Qualifications:
Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution.
Alternate qualifications accepted:
Master of Science in Economics.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client and business needs. Willingness to undergo background checks in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
