Contract Duration:
5 Months Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree. Experience working on development projects. Experience with financial accounting and/or banking products. Experience explaining technical details to non-technical business colleagues and managers. Experience with Trade Corrections, Trade Recalls, Return Processing, and Contract Compare. What You Will Be Doing Processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations Transaction Services team. Facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions. Reconciliation of accounts managed by the Securities & Derivatives area. Serve as analytical or procedural expert for securities processing deliverables/initiatives. Minimize risk to the bank by monitoring errors and suggesting solutions that reduce errors, and ensure adherence to audit and control policies. Monitor, analyze and evaluate processes and data to ensure the accuracy and quality of completed settlement tasks. Support Sec Finance Trading Desk with Trade Corrections, Trade Recalls, Return Processing, and Contract Compare. Provide Cash Investment Support for Money Market Fund, Time Deposit, Repo, and Mutual Fund investment processing. Assist with identifying policy gaps and formulating policies that streamline related work processed. Provide informal guidance or on the job training to lower level/new securities processing team members when required.
