full-time A highly entrepreneurial, diversified hospitality, real estate, restaurant and consumer investment platform is seeking an exceptional Strategic Finance & Chief of Staff Analyst to work directly with its Founder & CEO and CFO. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career finance or strategy professional who wants significantly more exposure and responsibility than a traditional analyst role. The Analyst will serve as a critical second set of hands to senior leadership, helping manage strategic initiatives, analyze investment and business opportunities, support capital markets and transaction activity, and ensure multiple high-priority workstreams continue moving forward. The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical skills with exceptional organization, judgment and follow-through. What You'll Do Work directly with the Founder & CEO and CFO across multiple operating businesses, investments and strategic initiatives Maintain a live view of key workstreams, owners, deadlines, decisions and next steps Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, pipeline trackers and revenue/fee analyses Support capital raises, M&A and other transaction processes Track investor pipelines, diligence requests and transaction deliverables Coordinate with bankers, investors, advisors, partners and internal executives Prepare executive briefing materials ahead of important meetings Research counterparties, markets, investment opportunities and comparable companies Develop investor presentations, executive decks, one-pagers and strategic analyses Track post-meeting decisions and action items and drive follow-up Perform ad hoc financial, market and strategic analysis for senior leadership Move comfortably between high-level strategic analysis and hands-on execution What We're Looking For Approximately 1-3 years of professional experience Investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, consulting, strategic finance or similar analytical experience strongly preferred Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to build executive-quality presentations from scratch Understanding of financial statements, valuation and transaction analysis Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of judgment, discretion and professionalism Comfortable working directly with a highly entrepreneurial Founder/CEO Able to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume and sometimes unstructured environment Self-starter who identifies what needs to happen next rather than waiting for direction Must currently be based in or able to work on-site in Miami Particularly Attractive Backgrounds Experience or exposure to one or more of the following is a plus: Investment banking / M&A Private equity or family office investing Corporate development Real estate investment or development Hospitality Restaurants / food & beverage Consumer / CPG Capital markets Growth companies or entrepreneurial organizations Why This Role This is not a traditional financial analyst position. The person selected will work closely with the Founder & CEO and CFO across investments, transactions, capital markets initiatives and operating businesses, providing unusually broad exposure at an early stage of their career.
