Work Environment:

Standard business hours, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM), with the expectation of additional hours during peak periods such as budgeting, audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting cycles.

Responsibilities:

Prepare reports and presentations for management Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Collaborate with accounting and business teams Conduct variance analysis and identify trends Assist in conducting financial, insurance, transactional, and data audits, including reviewing documentation, validating data accuracy, and supporting compliance with regulatory and internal policies Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards Track and report job-level profitability across multiple active projects and regions Expense report processing, routing and management Perform other tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience in AR and AP management Strong understanding of accounting principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly developed attention to detail Ability to analyze data Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with large datasets Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Knowledge with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Quickbooks Online, Sage Intacct) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
