You will be the Finance Analyst for the Rotary Wing Sensors (RWS) Sustainment team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial analysis to support Program Management through managing multiple contracts and ensuring programs meet their financial, schedule, and contractual requirements. What You Will Be Doing As the Finance Analyst you will be responsible for managing contracts through cost‑management efforts, establishing program cost baselines, supporting Estimate at Complete analyses, and providing clear financial insight to drive program success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Create, maintain, and track program budgets for accurate financial reporting and funding analysis. Coordinate quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process for Corporate Contract Status Reporting, forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash. Manage contracts through cost‑management, processing invoices, addressing financial issues, monitoring expenditures, and supporting ad‑hoc reporting. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Program Management, Business Operations, and Finance—to drive business outcomes. Analyze performance using Earned Value Management System to highlight cost and schedule performance, Variance at Complete and Estimate at Complete data. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related degree Understanding of negotiating functional budgets and analyzing performance variances Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to stakeholders Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word Adapt to change and digital transformationDesired Skills:
