We are currently seeking an Accounting and Finance Analyst to join our financial team. This role is responsible for executing, supporting, and ensuring the accurate completion of the company's accounting processes. The position plays a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of our insurance operations, ensuring compliance with both local and international accounting standards, and the regulations of the insurance supervisory authority. The analyst will also ensure the accurate recording of operations, timely financial analysis, and support the generation of key information for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Record and validate accounting transactions in the corresponding systems. Perform bank reconciliations and reconciliations of accounts payable and receivable. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Analyze budget variances and financial performance. Prepare financial reports for internal and external use. Support the preparation of tax filings and audits. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal procedures. Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate and timely financial data. Maintain organized accounting documentation for review or audit purposes.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting and finance roles. Technical Knowledge Understanding of local and international accounting standards (IFRS). Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks (preferred, not required). Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. Basic knowledge of tax regulations.
