- Finance Transformation Consultant
- Atlanta, GA Contract, 6-12 Months Hybrid Our team is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to support financial transformation and strategic business initiatives for a growing financial consulting organization This opportunity is well suited for a finance professional who enjoys turning complex financial information into clear business cases executive presentations and actionable recommendations •Key Responsibilities•Build and maintain sophisticated financial models using Microsoft Excel • Develop business cases that evaluate costs benefits financial impacts and strategic alternatives • Analyze financial data and translate findings into clear executive level presentations • Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reporting for senior finance leadership • Create financial visualizations dashboards and presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint • Present analytical findings and business case recommendations to finance leaders and business stakeholders • Partner with consulting and client facing teams to understand business objectives validate assumptions and improve financial models • Support transformation initiatives involving cost optimization organizational changes process improvement and other strategic business decisions •What We Are Looking For•Strong experience in financial analysis and financial modeling using Microsoft Excel • Demonstrated experience developing business cases and financial scenarios • Ability to convert complex analysis into concise executive presentations using PowerPoint • Strong financial data visualization and presentation skills • Experience communicating financial recommendations to senior finance or business leadership • Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a consulting environment while managing multiple priorities •Preferred Experience•Mergers and acquisitions • Divestitures or business separation • Stranded cost analysis • Cost reduction or operating model transformation • Finance transformation or management consulting • Technology enabled business transformation • Project management experience •Location•Atlanta Georgia area • Regular onsite collaboration is expected with occasional client facing engagement in the Atlanta areaMotion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
