Adecco is assisting a client in
  • Augusta, GA
  • in their search for a
  • Controlling Analyst
  • to serve as a key finance business partner in a manufacturing environment.
This role focuses on product costing, P&L management, forecasting, and cross-functional budgeting, driving data-backed decisions and business growth. This onsite role in Augusta, GA (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) is a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion, offering $45/hour. You'll support FP&A activities, partner with teams across the business, and provide insights through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and cost/margin optimization. This role offers strong exposure to leadership and is ideal for someone looking to grow into a future Controller-level role.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning + Track YTD spend, accruals, and labor costs across cost centers + Perform weekly/monthly variance analysis and KPI reporting + Manage and analyze P&L performance in a manufacturing setting + Evaluate product costing, margins, and make-vs.
-buy decisions + Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and R D on business cases + Support inventory, asset tracking, and material usage + Prepare journal entries and work within ERP systems (SAP) + Provide insights and commentary to support leadership decisions
  • Qualifications
  • + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics + 4-5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or similar role + Strong P&L and financial analysis experience in manufacturing + Background in food/consumer products preferred + Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP) and advanced Excel + Experience with financial accounting in manufacturing

  • Pay Details:
  • $45.
