We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Financial Coordinator to join our fast-growing dental practice. This key role ensures the financial health of our office by managing patient accounts, insurance claims, and collections while providing a professional and supportive experience for our patients. Responsibilities:
Manage patient financial accounts, including setting up payment plans and collecting payments for upcoming or completed treatments. Verify dental insurance benefits and ensure services are covered before treatment. Prepare, file, and follow up on insurance claims, including unpaid or denied claims. Accurately post payments from patients and insurance companies in the practice management system. Maintain detailed and organized account balances to support smooth office operations. Prepare patient statements, invoices, and follow-up communications regarding outstanding balances. Provide walk-out statements and receipts to patients promptly. Support practice financial goals by maintaining strong accounts receivable and collections performance.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of dental/medical finance or billing experience required. Strong understanding of dental insurance, patient collections, and account reconciliation. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Professional and compassionate communication skills with patients. Comfortable handling sensitive financial information with discretion. Dependable, accurate, and motivated to support the practice's success. Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
7:30 am - 5:00 pm
