Through a senior-led, hands-on approach, AGC provides clients with unwavering integrity and transparency through the ups and downs of a deal process. AGC outperformed in 2025, with 40 new engagements and 28 closed transactions announced, involving the top buyers in tech including Battery, Charlesbank, Five Elms, FTV, PSG, Susquehanna Growth Equity, and Vista. Having closed 110 deals since 2022 at a median revenue multiple of 9x, AGC continues to deliver premium outcomes for its CEOs and Founders. As a Fall Analyst at AGC, you will be teamed up with a member of our Analyst/Associate team, who will serve as your mentor during your time here. You will work alongside your mentor on all of their live deals, pitches and other general work. On top of the direct mentorship and live deal work, we also run weekly training sessions on more advanced topics like headcount driven operating models, customer files, recap modeling, etc., which will help give you exposure and live reps on more of the sophisticated parts of the M&A process that you may not get a chance to take on your mentor's deals. Beyond all the learning, you will also get a chance to build a strong camaraderie with the entire AGC team. Whether it's through bowling at Kings, volunteering events or a night out in the Seaport, you will get a chance to get to build a rapport with everyone at the firm.
