Job Description

Responsibilities Application Support & Troubleshooting — Provide day‑to‑day support for financial systems such as ERP modules (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Payroll). Diagnose issues, resolve defects, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams when escalation is needed. System Configuration & Maintenance — Configure system settings, workflows, security roles, and integrations to support business requirements. Maintain documentation for configurations and changes. Enhancements & Projects — Participate in system upgrades, patching cycles, and enhancement projects. Assist with requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support. Data Integrity & Reporting — Ensure data accuracy across financial modules. Support Finance teams with queries, reports, dashboards, and data extracts. User Support & Training — Serve as a subject‑matter expert for financial applications. Provide training, create user guides, and help teams adopt new features or processes. Lead cross‑functional initiatives to modernize financial systems Serve as liaison between Finance leadership and IT Drive automation using RPA, scripting, or workflow tools Evaluate new financial technologies and recommend adoption strategies Process Optimization — Analyze financial workflows and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen internal controls. Integration Support — Monitor and troubleshoot data interfaces between financial systems and other enterprise applications (HRIS, CRM, banking platforms, procurement tools). Compliance & Controls — Support audit requests, maintain SOX‑compliant change management practices, and ensure system access aligns with security policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science , or related field. Experience supporting ERP or financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft). Strong understanding of financial processes such as general ledger, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, or payroll. Proficiency with SQL , data analysis, and troubleshooting application issues. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Excellent communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with system integrations , APIs, or middleware tools. Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Oracle BI, Workday Reports). Knowledge of SOX controls , audit processes, or financial compliance requirements. Experience in project management or Agile environments. Background in financial operations or accounting.
