Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports related to manufacturing operations, ensuring accuracy and timelinessSupport cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard cost updates, and variance analysisMonitor and interpret manufacturing KPIs and financial performance metrics, providing actionable insightsParticipate in budgeting and forecasting processes, including data preparation and analysisPartner with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, and corporate finance) to support business decisionsMaintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirementsIdentify and drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data qualityAssist the Controller with ad hoc analysis and strategic financial initiatives QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, cost accounting, or a related environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with ERP systems required; SAP experience is a plus but not mandatoryExperience with Power BI will be a plus.
