Base up to $100k plus 10% bonusOffice Environment:
Hybrid Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain timely, useful financial charts/reports to support analysis and decision making Participate in month-end closing procedures; draft/record journal entries, review account activity, identifying necessary accruals and allocations, and highlighting and understanding unbudgeted financial variations Prepare month end account reconciliations, proactively rectifying unreconciled transactions Evaluate procurement, labor, and production costs across operational facilities and terminals Prepare and manage customer price sheet processing Analyze logistics costs and analyze monthly trends Sales, margin, and expense analysis and reporting Gather and consolidate data from key stakeholders globally for weekly metric reporting Maintain KPC Global Strategic Initiatives Tracker Participate in the annual budget and quarterly financial forecasting processes Provide audit deliverables and communicate with the internal and external audit teams Perform various financial controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Identify improvements, make recommendations and promote new ideas Must promote cross-training within the department and be willing to help coworkers during absences and high-volume events Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline; CPA or path to becoming a CPA preferred 3-7 years of experience with a public firm or private industrial company; manufacturing experience preferred Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley internal accounting control procedures and processesComputer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), report writing applications, data extraction/consolidation experience and prior exposure to an ERP system Inventory and manufacturing cost accounting knowledge preferred Carries out routine duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision. Makes decisions and establishes work priorities on essentially procedure-oriented operations. Must communicate effectively by listening, writing, and speaking clearly and accurately and keeping the team and management informed Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications Must possess the ability to work independently and be a self-starter Some travel required (10 percent or less) Must be able to work non-standard hours during peak periods Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and reasoning skillsSoftware :
PowerBI, Excel and SQL experience would definitely help. (Just simple SQL queries and joins).Relocation Policy:
