ACCOUNTING ANALYST

Qualifications Education :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience :

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Technical Skills :

Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP systems is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and controls. Attention to

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial records and reporting.

Communication Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial data.

Time Management :

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Industry Experience:

Experience in a medium-sized company or similar industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with

Financial Reporting:

Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.

General Ledger Management:

Oversee the general ledger, ensuring that all journal entries are accurate and timely. Review and analyze GL Accounts.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

analyze and reconcile customers and vendors accounts. Help with the analysis of customer past due accounts.

Cash Management:

help monitoring daily transactions, and help reconciling bank accounts.

Month-End and Year-End Closing:

Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring all financial data is accounted for and reported properly.

Variance Analysis:

Perform variance analysis on financial statements, highlighting key trends, discrepancies, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Process Improvement:

Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Support Management:

Assist the CFO and management with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as needed.
