Job Description

Position Summary Responsible for supporting the month-end close process through accurate reporting, analysis, and reconciliation activities. This role will prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and prepaid schedules, perform variance analysis, and reconcile key balance sheet accounts. Collaborates with accounting and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate financial results, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls. Education Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field - Required Experience 1-3 years of Financial Analytics, Accounting, or related experience - Required License & Certification None Required Core Job Functions Assist with month-end close, including journal entries for accruals and prepaids. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance explanations. Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and ensure proper documentation. Support timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with Accounting and department leaders to explain variances and improve forecasting accuracy. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen controls.
