Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities Accounting analysts bridge the gap between daily bookkeeping and high-level strategic finance.

Standard core duties include:

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and evaluate income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. +

Reconciliation & Close:

Perform monthly and year-end close procedures, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. +

Variance & Budget Analysis:

Compare actual vs. budget performance, investigate discrepancies, and monitor departmental spending. +

Forecasting:

Evaluate financial data to forecast profits, losses, and future business investments. +

Compliance:

Ensure financial records follow Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal company controls Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $47.62/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
