What You'll Be Doing As a Cost Analyst, you will be a key financial partner to our operations. You will have the opportunity to: Drive the monthly financial close process , delivering accurate and timely reporting that provides clear visibility into plant performance. Dive deep into manufacturing costs by analyzing variances in price, scrap, and material usage to uncover root causes and recommend improvements. Act as a trusted financial partner to our production team leaders , providing the cost analysis and profitability insights they need to make smart decisions. Enhance our reporting capabilities by leveraging tools like SAP and Business Intelligence to support the annual budget process and other financial initiatives. Ensure financial integrity by applying accounting principles to all tasks and proactively investigating and resolving questions with strong attention to detail. What We're Looking For We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive analyst who is eager to make an impact.

The ideal candidate will have:

A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting . 1+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing environment . High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting systems such as SAP or Business Intelligence (BI) . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent communication and time management skills , with a flexible and results-oriented mindset. Able to work in the US, without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
