Financial Data Analyst 1•Full-time ON SITE (NON
REMOTE POSITION
•must be willing to relocate)
Hours:
Monday•Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and extra hours as needed. Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Strong analytical and communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Considerable knowledge of data and reporting. Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI. Experience with OCHIN Epic required . Two years' experience in the field of financial analysis required. Experience in healthcare required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred. Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position: Conduct data tracking for grants, departments, sites, projects, and/or programs. Develop, monitor, and report department budgets. Prepare data comparisons and reports for Financial and Revenue Cycle key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist in developing performance measures, service delivery indicators and outcome measures to evaluate effectiveness of applied standards. Use data to improve performance and link performance data results to quality improvement activities, KPIs, and operations. Collaborate with Finance staff in the Month End Close process and Monthly Financial Statement Reporting. Responsible for Monthly Department Financial, Site Financials, Services Line financials and comparisons with budget. Responsible for tracking and reporting on monthly encounters and scripts (consolidated, by site, by department, by service line, by provider, by program/grant, etc.).
