Job Description

Financial Coordinator Lewis-Clark State College Financial Coordinator LC State invites applications for the position of Financial Coordinator in Accounts Payable. Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications: $49,750 - $53,750

Responsibilities:

This position will report to the Financial Manager and is responsible for handling the day-to-day functions and customer service for the accounts payable area using an enterprise accounting system (Ellucian- Colleague) and a purchasing system (Jaggaer). This includes but is not limited to the weekly check printing process, fixed asset inventory recording and processing, and compiling quarterly and annual audit work papers related to accounts payable. Specific tasks include and are not limited to: Processing accounts payable. Reconciling vendor statements and records. Tracking vendor invoices and payments. Fixed Asset inventory recording and processing. Bookkeeping and general office procedures. Compiling Annual and Quarterly audit work papers related to Accounts Payable Additional duties include direct and indirect activities to support the recruitment and retention of students.
