Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, performance analysis, and operational decision‑making for its Bloomington operations. This role will partner closely with operations leadership and corporate finance to deliver insightful analysis, improve cost visibility, and support strategic initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly financial close support, including variance analysis, commentary, and management reportingPrepare and analyze forecasts, annual budgets, and long‑range plans, partnering with operations and leadershipAnalyze manufacturing and plant operations, including cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory, labor, overhead, and capacity utilizationDevelop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track operational, financial, and productivity performanceSupport margin and profitability analysis by product line, customer, and projectPerform capital expenditure (CapEx) analysis, ROI modeling, and post‑implementation reviewsProvide ad‑hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to support pricing, sourcing, and strategic decisionsContinuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and financial controlsCollaborate with corporate finance, accounting, and operational teams to ensure alignment and data integrity
