Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to advance your career in corporate accounting? Our team is seeking a self-motivated Cost Accounting Analyst to support our Corporate Accounting department. In this role, you will manage the accurate recording, reconciliation, and general ledger (GL) integration of payroll and contract labor activity with minimal supervision. You will collaborate closely with HR personnel and use advanced cloud and ERP software to streamline our financial workflows. This position is perfect for a flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on new challenges.

FUNCTIONS
including:
Record and reconcile payroll-related journal entries within the general ledger.
Ensure payroll activity aligns to payroll outputs and financial systems.
Validate coding to GL accounts, cost centers, and work orders.
Investigate and resolve payroll and labor discrepancies.
Prepare detailed reconciliations for payroll and contract labor accounts.
Ensure proper classification, variance analysis, and root cause investigations.
Partner with HR to align payroll, accounting records, and labor coding.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll and financial information.
Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English.
Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
What you'll need to bring with you:
Your Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A valid driver's license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.
Your Experience:
2-5+ years of relevant accounting and reconciliation experience.
Strong general ledger (GL) and account reconciliation knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products with Advanced Excel skills.
ERP and accounting software experience is preferred.

Computer operating with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
10 Key calculator, fax machine, copier, and multi-line telephone system.
Compensation & Benefit Information
The following information is disclosed according to state specific requirements. If the position applied to is not in a state with these requirements, the following information may not apply. The salary range for this position generally ranges between $70,000 - $80,000. Actual rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package. Other forms of compensation include a semi-annual discretionary bonus, as well as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation time.
