Financial Analyst I#26-15605 Mettawa, IL Onsite Job Description Top 3 - 5 Skills Needed for each role Attention to Detail Ability to navigate multiple tasks at the same time Organizational skills Moderate to advanced excel skills. Furthermore, skills in S4/HANA or an ability to learn financial systems quickly. Ability to work cross functionally The financial analyst will assist with the reviewing of financial data related to Health Care Professionals and Health Care Organizations transfers of value. It is critical this data is complete and accurate, and documentation is provided. This data is frequently provided to government agencies such as CMS for Sunshine Reporting. The primary responsibility for this role is to review Sponsorships, Exhibit and Membership requests in company's financial systems including SNAPP and
SAP S4/HANA
to ensuring the data is complete and accurate with documentation support. Furthermore, other responsibilities may include ad hoc projects/items.
SAP S/4 HANA
knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Review financial data related to Health Care Professionals and Organizations related to Transfers of Value Review documents related to those transfers of value Review sponsorships, exhibits and memberships requests in company's financial systems Assist with ad hoc manual entries of ACR requests Provide assistance to team members with their responsibilities, as needed Assist with any project work that may be assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience working within a large organization
  • Preferred knowledge of S4/HANA (SAP), not require
  • PowerBI knowledge is also a plus, not required
  • Takes ownership of responsibilities. Highlights important issues quickly, while proactively seeking out and presenting potential solutions
  • Ability to work cross functionally with different departments
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and achieve required timelines
