The PSLD Business Resource Tariff Team drives critical financial strategy and duty recovery for Caterpillar amid a dynamic $2.2 billion tariff landscape in 2026. Rapidly shifting trade policies have transformed global commerce. Our high-performance team serves as a vital enterprise partner across Finance, Trade Operations, Trade Legal, Enterprise Tariff Workstreams, Procurement and business unit leadership. We deliver enterprise-level tariff reporting, accrual support, mitigation analysis, data analytics and duty recovery leadership while simultaneously implementing scalable processes and continuously enhancing our technical capabilities.What You Will Do:
+Financial & Recovery Leadership:
Support financial accruals and lead enterprise duty-recovery initiatives to protect and optimize bottom-line performance. +Filing & Dispute Management:
Facilitate post-entry filing adjustments and investigate complex entry discrepancies with speed and precision. +Regulatory Compliance:
Validate OneSource software updates driven by new trade regulations, ensuring accurate tariff calculations across operations. +Cost Mitigation Strategy:
Lead data analysis to uncover high-value tariff savings and cost-reduction opportunities. +Cross-Functional Problem Solving:
Guide multi-department teams using root cause analysis to fix operational gaps and launch permanent solutions. +Deep Data Analytics:
Harness Power BI and modern analytics platforms to decode massive, complex import duty datasets and drive proactive recovery and root cause corrective action. +Enterprise Guidance:
Deliver reliable duty interpretations, comprehensive reporting, and actionable insights to various individuals across the company.What You Will Have:

$147,760.00 - $221,640.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
