You will help ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with monthly and annual financial reporting and forecasting. A few additional responsibilities will include: Ensure departmental internal control policies.

Assist with integration of new acquisitions into cash pool system and general ledger.

Consolidate Bosch Global USD, CAD and MXN liquidity reporting.

Administer security for cash pool banks.

Review internal control compliance and quarterly reporting.

Prepare and post financial and accounting entries to G/L for financial reports.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting packages.

Reconcile and post accounting entries from treasury system to G/L.Assist in preparation of department operating budget for Business Plan.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
 Currently pursing a Bachelors degree in a Finance or Accounting programMinimum of 3.0 cumulative GPAKnowledge with treasury software as well as online banking software.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPointProblem solving, mathematical and formulation skills, reasoning and analyzing skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to handle multiple tasks/projects at the same time and meet deadlinesMust be a team player, detail oriented, and very organizedMust be able to successfully complete a drug and background screen pre-employmentPosition only open to students who will not now, nor in the future require sponsorship to work in the United StatesAdditional InformationIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
