SeniorFinancialAnalyst Reports to:Controller Job Overview:
TheSeniorFinancial Analyst performs all duties related tofinancial close,payroll, costing, budgeting, and setting/analyzing standard costs.Sr Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for fixedassets, including tracking capital purchases and capitalizing assetsin a timely manner. Responsible for freight accounting, includingpremium freight analysis, freight forecasting, and TI reconciliation. Responsible for allsalaryand hourly laborreporting. Weekly and daily reporting of labor efficiency, sales, and production reports. Responsible for costing system maintenance inMFG Pro. Conductsbill ofmaterials accuracy audits. Assistsannualphysicalinventoryprocess. Assistswith processing and coordination oftimelymonth-end closings,including journal entries, intercompany billing, and account reconciliations. Ensuresaccuracy of financial records. AssistPlant Controller inpreparation of monthly outlooks andannualprofitplan. Conducts cost of goods sold and operational cost analysis for monthly financial closings. Providesback-upfor PlantController asrequired. Responsible for processing weekly payroll. Perform all roles and responsibilities as defined by the BOS Systems Policies and Procedures. Must be willing to report unsafe conditionsandunsafe acts,participatingin safety/ergonomic committees,participatingin safety Kaizen events,participatingin safety audits, andparticipatingin safety observation feedback events. Support andpromote continuous improvement initiatives. Other duties asrequired.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreein finance or accounting. 5+ yearsof finance and accounting backgroundina manufacturing environment.Automotive experience ispreferred. Exceptional skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Demonstratedability to analyze complex data and communicate findingsbyverbal or presentation format. Salary:
$75,000-90,000Benefits:
