As an Accounting Analyst within the Management Information Systems group, you will work closely with the parts mangers to review and resolve a variety of inventory questions and situations. You will play a critical role providing support internally answering system tickets from users in a strong, growing company. This position will report directly to the MIS Manager and have accounts to oversee. You will provide reports, procedure guidelines, and general assistance to those users. Additionally, you will complete monthly Accounting responsibilities, reconciling accrual and inventory accounts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit our Guardian Fleet invoices and advise of any errors. Provide back up on MH invoices. Determine the correct accounting distribution for errors. Post corrected invoices and create journal entries for inventory reclassify when necessary. Notify users of errors and follow up until a correction is completed. Reconciliation of parts inventory accounts monthly, with involvement in yearly physical counts. Create equipment numbers, customer accounts, and rental contracts in Provision. Download, export, and create summary billings for our GM account. Create, design, and maintain Crystal reports for your branches as needed. Extract data using Crystal, SQL, Access, and Excel macros or queries to create reports and data files needed to meet user requests. Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. Provide user support for all branches in a professional manner on a daily basis. Perform all other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Degree in accounting is preferred or we will consider an associate degree with 4 years' experience in an accounting related field. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel. Unix, Crystal, and Access experience are preferred. Experience working with Power BI reports is a definite plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Above average analytical and organizational skills. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position Regular and prompt attendance. Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with some overtime required. This is a salaried, exempt position.
