Do:

Handle PO requests and provide backup support for others Provide Forecast for facilities/OPs Present findings and forecasts to Project Management group Manage multiple vendor purchase orders and suppliers Coordinate with buyers, project managers and suppliers for invoicing process Supports finance with actuals reporting for facilities and Ops.

What You Will Bring:

BS in finance or accounting with 3-5 years experience highly preferred Minimum of an AS degree in finance with 5-7 years operations experience in finance SAP preferred Microsoft Office with emphasis in intermediate Excel skills a must Supply Chain knowledge beneficial Strong analytical and communication skill

Pay Range:

$74K to $77K Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is a Hybrid position in support of our aerospace location in Rockford, ILL You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Due to the nature of the work, 0% travel is required.
