As a Accounting Analyst Ssr, you will be responsible for:
Accounting Systems:
Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems including journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue reconciliation.
Financial Reporting:
Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations. Prepare profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements.
Record Keeping:
Provide records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.
GAAP Compliance:
Record, analyze, and report worldwide financial data in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for Kyndryl's legally required filings, including SEC and local country agencies.
Auditing:
Plan, conduct, and apply different types of audits to ensure compliance with requirements, including internal and external auditing, financial and quality auditing, risk analysis, and control deficiency management.
Compliance:
Apply knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations relevant to the business to ensure adherence to internal and governmental policies, including regulatory compliance, compliance management and reporting, and security controls.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Utilize financial information to plan, forecast, and make decisions, including quantitative analysis, financial modeling, decision support systems, and strategic decision-making.
Reporting/Analytics:
Plan, conduct, and interpret financial analyses to gain insight on business improvements, including data collection, statistical analysis, data visualization, predictive modeling, and various analytic software and dashboards. Required Skills and ExpertiseMore than one year of:
Accounting Experience:
Previous experience in accounting, especially in cash and bank accounting, and knowledge of categories in a financial statement
Excel Knowledge:
Basic level of Excel, specifically in the use of pivot tables. Advanced knowledge in macros is not required.
SAP knowledge: Basic level of SAP/S4H would be valuable
Intermediate English:
Ability to communicate in English, as part of the team is based in the United States and Canada.
Location:
The candidate should live in Buenos Aires as attendance at the office twice a week is required.
Education:
Preferably advanced in their accounting career, although relevant work experience will be considered as compensation.
