As a Functional Analyst at Kyndryl, you will be supporting and leading the analysis, design, and delivery of banking solutions. The role involves translating business needs into solution specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with business goals, technology standards, and regulatory requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead identification, analysis, and documentation of business, system, and solution requirementsDefine and validate performance, scalability, security, and service quality requirementsPerform end-to-end impact analysis across applications, integrations, and data flowsEnsure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycleOwn and drive solution design specifications aligned to enterprise architectureDevelop conceptual and logical data modelsDefine source-to-target data mappings and create data flow diagrams and transformation rulesContribute to effort estimation and solution sizingAct as a key bridge between business and technology teamsLead stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment across teamsFacilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement where requiredMentor junior analysts and review deliverablesDefine validation approach, test strategy, and acceptance criteriaOversee SIT and UAT execution and ensure solution qualityAnalyze defects, conduct root cause analysis, and drive resolutionEnsure deployment readinessEnsure alignment with banking regulatory and compliance standardsEmbed risk controls and cybersecurity considerations in solution designSupport audit, compliance reviews, and first-line-of-defense activitiesDrive process improvement and standardization of analysis practices• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through technology• Contribute to reusable assets and domain knowledge repositories Your contributions will have a significant impact on our products' success, and you will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation, creativity, and excellence. Required Technical and Professional Experience5 to 7+ years of experience in banking or BFSI domain with exposure to TreasuryStrong understanding of
Front-to-Back Trade Lifecycle:
Trade capture, pricing/valuation, confirmations, settlement, and reconciliationDeep knowledge of Treasury products and instruments:

FX (Spot, Forwards, Swaps), Money Markets, Derivatives (IR, FX, structured products)Experience in treasury operations and liquidity management (cash positions, nostro accounts, funding)Strong awareness of market data integration (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters feeds)Understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements (e.g., EMIR, SFTR, trade reporting obligations)Experience working with enterprise treasury, trading platforms (e.g., Kondor+, Corona, Planixs) etc.,Familiarity with end-to-end customer journeys and cross-domain dependenciesAbility to engage with trading desks, treasury operations, risk teams, and IT StakeholdersStrong knowledge of solution design, product lifecycle, and data governance & analysisDeep understanding of testing, customer experience, incident/problem management, and application supportExpertise in requirements analysis, solution specification management, and feasibility assessmentStrong knowledge of banking products and servicesStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrategic mindset with strong business awarenessExcellent communication (written and verbal)High level of accountability, integrity, and adaptabilityAbility to perform in complex and high-pressure environmentsPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceBachelore's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
