full-time Accounting Analyst | Skokie, IL (On-site) We're looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our growing Finance team supporting a global leader in the automotive aftermarket industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys problem-solving, continuous learning, and working in a collaborative environment. If you're coming from public accounting or have a strong foundation in general accounting and are looking to grow your career within a global organization, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations. Review Balance Sheet and P&L accounts. Support financial reporting and variance analysis. Work with SAP and OneStream to analyze and reconcile financial information. Assist with audit requests and compliance activities. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-4 years of accounting experience. Public Accounting experience is highly preferred. CPA certification or active CPA candidate is a strong plus. Experience with SAP (required/preferred). Experience with OneStream is highly desirable. Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including journal entries, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Professional English communication skills.
