The Senior Financial Analyst role leverages internal systems and models to develop financial forecasts that lead to actionable insights in support of business solutions. There are opportunities for both ownership and/or partnership on decisions. Price adjustments have significant revenue implications based on the multiple payors in the healthcare industry, including Patient, Client, Third Party and Government.
The role requires assessing implications of price adjustments by applying pricing fundamentals, financial rigor, and marketing strategy. There are large scale opportunities that require participation from stakeholders and business partners across the company.
The Senior Financial Analyst will lead and/or partner on cross functional projects that support revenue growth, risk mitigation and/or operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement pricing strategies based on thorough analysis of product offerings, market dynamics, and financial data. Strategies are built in collaboration with Clinical Solutions, Commercial, Compliance and other internal stakeholders. Design and generate analytic tools and dashboards to help the team and business partners efficiently process and interpret pricing data. Partner with Clinical Solutions Product Managers to create Value Quantification models that inform strategic pricing negotiations. Deliver fact-based recommendations to optimize revenue through pricing model enhancements.

Our Clinical Solutions are organized into eight disease/health states, including General Health & Wellness, Women's and Reproductive Health, Oncology, Sports Diagnostics and more. A primary responsibility is to partner with Clinical Solutions Product Managers, Finance, Operations, Compliance and Legal to develop value-based pricing recommendations for product launches and strategic repricing. The Senior Financial Analyst on the Pricing Strategy team plays a cross-functional role in developing, implementing, and managing a portfolio of key Strategic Pricing initiatives. These include Pricing Strategy, Clinical Solutions pricing,and Value Quantification.Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement pricing strategies based on thorough analysis of product offerings, market dynamics, and financial data.
