Financial Analyst Full-Time +
Direct Hire Compensation DOE:
Up to $80K plus bonuses Seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, cost analysis, budgeting, and operational reporting within a growing manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys partnering with leadership teams to drive strategic business decisions. What You'll Do as a
Financial Analyst:
As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the organization's financial performance through reporting, forecasting, cost analysis, and budgeting initiatives. This position will collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, HR, and executive leadership to provide financial insight and improve operational efficiency.
Financial Analyst Duties Include:
Conducting detailed financial analysis to support strategic business decisions Preparing financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and projections Analyzing financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Supporting cost accounting activities within a manufacturing environment Monitoring production costs, variances, and inventory performance Assisting with budget planning and cost analytics initiatives Partnering with HR to support 401(k) compliance, reporting, and auditing Collaborating with leadership teams to guide financial planning efforts Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and financial controls Supporting capital investment evaluations and operational forecasting Finance Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of related financial analysis experience required Previous payroll administration experience required Manufacturing cost accounting experience required Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analytics ERP system experience required; SAP experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally Send resume to Kelly Maxwell - kmaxwell@moralesgroup.net
