Job Description

The FP&A Analyst supports data-driven decision making by delivering timely reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to leadership and cross-functional partners. This role also supports planning processes and Oracle EPM administration, while helping modernize FP&A workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude). The compensation for this role will be commensurate with education and/or experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Prepares and distributes recurring financial reporting packages (monthly, quarterly, annual), ensuring accuracy and consistency of key financial metrics. Supports budgeting and forecasting cycles, including data collection, template management, validation, and consolidation of inputs across stakeholders. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to understand performance trends, risks, and opportunities; deliver insights that support business decisions. Serves as day-to-day administrator for Oracle EPM Planning, supporting system governance, user access/security, and environment maintenance. Maintains planning structures, templates, forms, and metadata within Oracle EPM to support forecasting and budgeting processes. Leverages AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance financial analysis, accelerate reporting, and improve the quality of insights. Performs ad hoc analyses to address business questions and support operational and strategic decisions.
What You'll Need For Success:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred. 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis); PowerPoint proficiency for management-ready materials. Experience with ERP and financial planning systems; Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) or similar solutions experience preferred.
