Financial Analyst:

Perform cost analysis, margin analysis, and variance reporting across production lines and product categories. Support monthly financial reporting, including journal entries, reconciliations, KPI tracking, and budget-to-actual analysis. Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and operational decision‑making. Partner with operations to analyze production efficiency, scrap, labor utilization, and material usage. Prepare dashboards, financial summaries, and presentations for leadership. Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and ad‑hoc analytical projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis; manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling). Experience with ERP systems a plus. Ability to interpret data, explain trends, and translate findings into business recommendations. Detail‑oriented, analytical, curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
