Opportunity:
We're looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning. Build financial models to evaluate business scenarios and predict performance. Support profitability analysis by program and site. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results and identify key drivers. Prepare reports on KPIs and financial metrics to support decision-making. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and ROI evaluations for business initiatives. Assist with dashboards, visualizations, and management reporting. Collaborate with site controllers on forecasts and financial reporting.
Your Contributions:
1-2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of financial processes and regulatory standards. Interest in developing financial acumen and understanding business impact. Willingness to learn internal systems, quality procedures, and customer-specific requirements. Why Kem Krest?
