Job Description

What You Can Expect :
Analyze warehouse and logistics costs, including labor, transportation, inventory, and overhead Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and longer-term planning Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, highlighting key trends and performance drivers Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, providing clear explanations and recommendations Track and report on operational KPIs such as cost per unit, throughput, labor productivity, and inventory turn Partner with warehouse and operations leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements Support analysis for equipment, automation, and facility-related investments Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and audit support Support inventory-related analysis, including valuation, reconciliation, and shrink tracking Provide ad hoc analysis to support operational initiatives and strategic decision-making Ensure accuracy of financial data and adherence to internal controls and company policies
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or operations-focused environments Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis Experience working with large data sets and translating findings into clear, actionable insights Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders Experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environments is preferred Familiarity with ERP systems, WMS platforms, or logistics reporting tools is preferred Working knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management principles Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment
