Job Description:

Senior Accounting Analyst Results-driven accounting and finance professional with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis. Strong background in month-end close, general ledger oversight, variance analysis, and process improvement. Skilled at turning financial data into meaningful business insights and improving reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation
• Monitor costs, cash flow, and operational performance trends
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives
• Support audit preparation, compliance reporting, and internal controls
• Identify process improvements and reporting efficiencies
• Partner cross-functionally with operational and leadership teams to provide financial insight
• Provide backup support across AP, AR, and cash management functions as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience
• Cost accounting experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset
