Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing manufacturing company in Kansas City. This pivotal role involves conducting comprehensive financial analysis, preparing detailed financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes across various departments. Duties Develop forecasts and analyses for the company Develop and maintain forecast model, annual budget, and reporting packages Analyze revenue and costs to enhance company profitability Create reports and analyze data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Present data to the company leadership Support the financial planning process, which includes budgets, re-forecasts, and capital planning Provide monthly variance analysis of financial statements Support the external reporting process Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a must Minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis within corporate accounting or public accounting environments. Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets accurately.
